Bolivar Election June 2009

All five seats for the Bolivar Town Council, plus the position of Mayor and Town Recorder are up for re-election this June.

The date of the election is June 2, 2009 at the Bolivar Community Center. Polls will be open to voters from 6:30 am thru 7:30 pm. Early voting will start on May 13 thru May 27 during regular business hours of the Town Hall office. Early voting will be conducted on Saturday, May 23 and Saturday, May 30, 2009 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. The last day to register to vote in the election is May 12.

The following persons are running for the office of Mayor: Robert Hardy, Ron Moltere, and Scott Whetsell.

P. Jean Reed is the only candidate running for Town Recorder.

The following are running for the five open seats of the Bolivar Town Council: Toni Milbourne, Frank Donadio, Brad Roberts, Paul Staubs, Sr., Ron Thomas, John Paul Heafer, Alex Thomas, Robby Cain, John Kusner, David Kardok, Tabby Jenkins, Kathy Garza, Mark McDonough, Victoria Eckert, and Helen Dettmer.
