  • Elks Run Study Committee

    • Committee started in 2006 to study issues affecting Elks Run and its surrounding watershed.
    • Vision: to enable water supply owners, consumer, and stakeholders to assess, preserve, value, and protect the Elks Run as a plentiful drinkable source of water for Bolivar and Harpers Ferry.
    • Committee meets the first Thursday of every month at 7:30 in the Bolivar Community Center.
